The previous City of Sonoma Web site had several needs:
- An overhaul of the site structure to include all departments.
- A new site that clearly identifies three distinct target audiences: residents, visitors and businesses.
- A more “Sonoma” visual design.
- A site with functionality to allow for easy content management.
Jamie worked with the Web marketing team, which included a representative from each department. She created one standardized content structure model to fall across all departments, making it easier for site visitors to find information.
